‘Team 62 Shore Takeover’ Raises More Than $1.2M for Eagles Autism Foundation

Sea Isle City was the place to be on June 24 and 25 as thousands of Eagles fans showed up for Eagles Autism Foundation’s annual Team 62 Shore Takeover, hosted by retired Eagles All-Pro center Jason Kelce.
The fundraiser combined family-friendly activities, celebrity appearances and community spirit while raising more than $1.26 million to support groundbreaking autism research and care programs. Since its inception in 2021, the Team 62 fundraiser in Sea Isle City has generated more than $3.69 million for the Eagles Autism Foundation.
The festivities began at Excursion Park with an Eagles Takeover event that welcomed families. Attendees enjoyed football, cheer, and drumline clinics, beachside yoga and fitness classes with Kylie Kelce, interactive games, sensory-friendly activities and appearances by SWOOP and Eagles cheerleaders, creating an inclusive environment where children and families could participate together.
Later that afternoon, fans packed The Ocean Drive for the sixth annual Team 62 celebrity bartending fundraiser. Jason Kelce was joined by his wife Kylie, current and former Eagles players such as Cooper DeJean, Beau Allen, Ty Robinson, and Jalyx Hunt, and celebrities like rugby player/”Dancing With the Stars” contestant Ilona Maher as they served drinks, posed for photos and interacted with fans.
The celebration continued the following day at the Sea Isle City Yacht Club with the Beer Bowl competition, adding another exciting chapter to one of the Shore's most anticipated summer fundraisers. Teams competed for the title of Beer Bowl Champion, with a $50,000 cash prize on the line.
The Shore Takeover once again demonstrated the power of community, bringing together fans, local businesses and volunteers, in support of a cause that extends far beyond the football field. As this year’s celebration came to a close, one thing was certain: Sea Isle City is already looking forward to hearing the familiar “E-A-G-L-E-S ... Eagles!” chants echo through town again next summer.
