6th Annual Hurricane’s Heroes K9 Fundraiser

Support retired K9 heroes on Aug. 1 with live music, food, drinks, raffles, and meet-and-greets with retired police and military working dogs. Proceeds benefit K9 Hurricane’s Heroes, helping cover veterinary expenses for retired K9s.
Captain Bill Gallagher 10-Mile Island Run

A Sea Isle City tradition! Race 10 miles, including 2.5 miles on the Promenade and the rest on the beach. The first 1,000 online registrants receive a T-shirt. Awards begin at 7:30pm.
Blackthorn Rugby’s Sea Isle Ruggerfest

Hosted by Blackthorn Rugby Club, the Sea Isle Ruggerfest returns to Dealy Field for a full day of fast-paced action and friendly competition. Featuring men’s and women’s matches with two 15-minute halves, the tournament welcomes both seasoned players and casual athletes looking to get in on the fun.

Ocean Drive Restaurant & Lounge Charity Baggo Tournament

Support local charities at the 22nd annual Baggo Tournament benefiting Mike’s Seafood Run/Walk for Autism and other local causes. Enjoy friendly competition, live music, food, drinks, and raffles.
Registration begins at 10:30am and the tournament begins at noon.

National Night Out

Join the Sea Isle City Police Department for National Night Out, an evening dedicated to strengthening community partnerships in a fun event for the whole family at Excursion Park. The event features complimentary snacks, giveaways, face painting, a balloon artist, inflatable bounce houses, games, and a chance to meet members of the police department, beach patrol, fire department, and other public safety organizations.

Beach Classic Men’s Street Hockey Tournament

The 31st annual three-day beach hockey tournament brings the excitement of the classic winter sport to the shoreline, with divisions for all skill levels, including men’s and coed teams. Teams will compete in a round-robin format, making for a weekend of fast-paced action, friendly competition, and plenty of beachside fun. Event times are: Friday 6-11pm, Saturday 8am-10pm and Sunday 8am-8pm.

The Beach Bards Poetry and Prose Reading Series presents both emerging and established poets and writers at the Sea Isle City Library branch. Poets will perform readings from their original works, followed by an open mic. The event is free and open to the public.

A second chance during the week to enjoy this hands-on exploration of the beach and dunes during Guided Beachcombing. Families and children of all ages can discover shells, wildlife, and other coastal treasures while learning fun facts about marine life and the local shoreline from experienced guides.
Teen Night

Teens ages 15-20 are invited to Excursion Park every Thursday night through Aug. 27 for Teen Night at a new time. Held from 8-10pm, this weekly event gives teens a fun night out featuring games like cornhole and volleyball as well as your chance to sing on stage during an open-mic performance for chances to win cash prizes.
