Jeralyn Raffa already owned the space at 4000 Pleasure Ave., right across from Excursion Park, before she and her sister Vanessa came up with the idea for Raffa’s, Sea Isle’s new charcuterie destination.

“Growing up at every holiday and special occasion, there was always an antipasto plate that my father [Jerry Raffa] took days to gather all of the ingredients for,” Raffa says. “My parents and I used to make it, and it was like tradition. That was an inspiration to start making my own charcuterie.”

Now, Raffa is bringing that passion for charcuterie to her hometown.

The shop’s offerings, which include a professionally curated selection of artisan meat, bread, crackers, dips, spreads, cheeses and more, are heavily inspired by her dad.

Jerry Raffa was active in the Sea Isle restaurant business community, including as the chef at Marie’s Seafood when Jeralyn was growing up, as well as the owner of Fungo’s Cheesesteaks and Oceans 12 Realty, among others.

“I got my love for – and was taught to cook – from my dad,” she says. “I’m excited to get more involved in the community and bring my passion for good food and charcuterie to everyone in Sea Isle, a place I grew up in and love.

Customers can purchase charcuterie boxes built for two, four or six, or pick up a charcuterie cup or cone to satisfy a single-serving craving anytime. The storefront will be open 11am to 6pm daily, with extended hours when Excursion Park is hosting special events – the perfect opportunity to grab a snack for Sea Isle’s weekly concert or Family Fun Night.
