Dear Readers:

Wow, what a summer! The weather has been outstanding! Each year, I can’t wait for summer to begin, but it seems that once we hit July 4, the rest of summer just flies by. And now, so it’s August – let’s enjoy it!

We have another awesome issue of the Sea Isle Times for you. Great features this month include catching up with the 2021 Sea Isle City Beach Patrol Alumni Hall of Fame inductees; the legacy of Frank Edwardi; and, if you aren’t aware, we’ll tell you all about Lou’s dogs, turtles and his Dolly.

And, of course, we have all of our regular features you’ve come to expect, including: Events at a Glance and our calendar – everything you need to know and everywhere you need to be in August … August Must Haves – ways to make sure you’re cool for the rest of summer … You know that Carmen’s Has Crabs, but did you know he also has a heck of a breakfast spread? Chef Jaime Haight will introduce you to it if you don’t already know about it … Plus, there’s Night on the Town; Smilestones; Beach Reads and the ever-popular Thoughts, Memories and Ravings of Big Daddy Graham.

As always, thanks for taking the time to read the Sea Isle Times. We understand that you have choices and we are so thankful that you’ve chosen to spend time with us.

Please continue to support our local businesses, stay safe, and enjoy the rest of this amazing summer.
